"The room, location, and staff were great. We had no issues during our stay in regards to that. What we experienced that made our stay less enjoyable is that the occupants in the two other rooms across from us were smokers and since our room was by the stairs, that is apparently where the smokers liked to hang out. Our room smelled of smoke the majority of our stay which was a bummer because we are not smokers. Besides that the room was nice and comfortable. "

"Room was fine, never saw much staff. Got little to no sleep due to trucks in and out all night, and people hollering. Was awoken very early by room service knocking and shouting next door. "

"Friendly staff, clean room with a nice couch sitting area and extra sink and counter/fridge area, plus a really good complimentary breakfast with lots of options. The location is also excellent! We stayed for a weekend visit. The Cool Springs mall and many restaurants are within a 2 minute drive and 20 minutes to visit downtown Nashville. I would stay here again! The price is so much better than any downtown option. "

"Room not clean, showerhead pointed at the door so got blasted in the face, alarm clock was set so I got a unneeded alarma t 6 am on Sunday, no Q-tips, cotton balls, no valet, The breakfast server brought no drinks until the meal finished. The hotel is a 2-star property at best"

"The staff, rooms, amenities, property was excellent. We will stay again. Absolutely wonderful and pleasant stay. "
