"The room was clean, bed was too soft though. Provision of basic necessities were lacking I.e toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary bags, toothbrush holder/cup, no complimentary water is provided in the room. Complimentary breakfast was ok, the pancake maker for breakfast was a bust."
