"The staff was courteous and met any need expressed. We received a bathrobe with a large tear in it and there were areas that certainly needed to be dusted but everything else was well cared for. We did not care for the pour over coffee. Perhaps they need to give advice regarding the strength of coffee expected. Harris was always extremely weak."

"Although the property looks tired and dated, it has everything you need! The bed and pillows were comfy. Having a sofa and chair to sit down in was great. Each chalet has their own fire pit. Shower has great hot water and pressure. Nice and warm but a fan there if needed. Parking right at the door"

"We were travelling across Canada and stayed one night at this hotel. It was clean, a central location and provided everything we needed... which was a place to stay one night and in the morning we drove on. For our needs, it was great. This is a nice place and more of a destination, then just a motel along the road. I would stay again, and maybe for more than one night. Restaurant was walkable Breakfast included Tesla charging included. Hot tub was nice. Also saw two bears at the local national park... not near the hotel, but a few minutes down the road."

"Staff were welcoming and our updated Mountain View room was very clean. The property itself is dated but well kept and clean. The elevator seems to stop randomly on the 2nd floor when I only called for 3rd. This happened several times. Otherwise the elevator works perfectly fine. Parking maximum height is limited to 6’ 6” so be mindful of any rooftop boxes/carriers on your vehicle. We were able to park in the sole uncovered spot on the property. They offered us to park next door at their sister property or on the street behind the hotel. Bus stop is 2 min walk away and 12 min walk to major shopping strip. All in all a great experience. "
