"The beds are super comfortable with nice linens. The hotel was quiet which is a plus. We were well received upon arrival and departure. There are amenities like hot tub but we didnโt use them. Overall Iโd definitely stay there again."

"Booked last minute. Very clean and very helpful staff. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything was clean and new. The quality coffee and tea provided as well as blankets for sitting on the balacony and robes to head to the hot pools were much appreciated. Hot pool are on the upper levels and are quite large. There is a seating area with gas firepit as well. We went early in the morning and had it to ourselves for over an hour. Very peaceful!"

"The stay was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. All the amenities offered and having dining inside the hotel was a great option adter a long day. The pool was beautiful as well. The only thing negative i can say is the shower wasnt very clean when we got our room and I also asked for our room to be serviced and it never was. Once I got back and realized our room wasnt serviced the staff was friendly and helpful in getting me towels and toiletries."

"Place is clean and the included hot, basic breakfast was fine. Lots of diesel plug-ins at the parking spaces. Coffee always available. The place is old, but so is everyplace else in town. Youโre not going to West Yellowstone because itโs posh. We would stay there again."

"Spent a fantastic 5 days here and canโt wait to return. Room was clean and spacious with all basic amenities provided. Particularly loved the Rocky soap, shampoo etc which we were able to purchase at the store in town. Conveniently located Roam bus stop located a few meters away and for the two organised tours we took the pick up was right out front. Easy stroll into town but bus passes are also provided by reception for Roam transit which was great. We enjoyed using the hot tub/pool daily aswell as the small gym which is the only thing we felt could be improved on as there is just one bike, one treadmill and some weights. We ate at the Keg restaurant at the hotel twice aswell as having drinks at the bar. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property."
