"I hadn't stayed there before and though it's not right next to the beach, it's still close enough if your plans are near the sea. The hotel is well kept and though it's not luxurious (obviously not for the money you're investing), it's still nicely equipped and it even has a small fridge in the room. The AC worked fine, nice bed and pillows, bathroom ammenities and easy check in / check out process. Would recommend it, for both pleasure and business trips. "I had the deluxe room which includes a door between a bedroom And a full living room. The living room can fit 2 people. And they would have a separate door to the bathroom. It is more like a little apartment with gad stove, kitchen, microwave refrigerator. The bathroom is very luxurious with a very strong shower. And no absence of hot water. There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room that work reliably. There is a 4 seater round table to eat. It is literally over a supermarket. The location is on an accessible street with constant police security. There are always taxis on that street. There is a beautiful private type beach 3 min walk away. There is a balcony space between your door and the street. So, it's extremely quiet. If checking in late afternoon, you need to communicate with a reliable person by whatsup. Very responsive. Card and key lock entry facilitates access. Within a ten min walk you can access downtown Rodadero. I prefer this quiet Oasis. The price cannot be beat."
