"Our stay at the hotel was great. It's very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle, which is very convenient. The only drawback during our stay was that the internet/wi-fi signal in our room was extremely weak (room 211), like barely no signal. We complained at the reception during the checkout the next day and they promised to send a technician to check. Also, it's not very easy to find where the shuttle stops - easiest way is to follow the P29 - Airport Clinical signs when you exit from Terminal 1 - A0 exit. Strongly recommend the hotel even you stay longer than a day and want to enjoy Frankfurt or want to go for day trips."

"I love to stay at this hotel when I am coming to Frankfurt or leaving Frankfurt. It is comfortable and very clean. It is right by all of the things I need when I am coming or going. The breakfast is great, my only issue is that they use the lobby's living room-style furniture as breakfast seating. It is pretty messy when kids are eating there. With that said, the staff that runs breakfast is amazing. They refill items quickly, and there is so much variety of food. The parking there is good. The rooms are comfortable with many options for your family size. The kitchenette is nice and has a Nespresso machine and a kettle."
