"Great location. You have from excellent food options to shopping walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly which means alot to me. The rooms are smaller than what we are used to in America but still cozy and just enough space. Rooms are very clean, and housekeeping staff are amazing. One call for extra towels or blanket and the next 2 minutes they are already at the room. Loved that! Will definitely stay here again if opportunity presents."
"Not what we expected in Austria. Price charged was higher than Expedia booking. No explanation given. "
"clean room, amenities"

Luis von Weyden"The building and the room was nice, however the bathroom was in a very bad state. I'm surprised they even let the room with the bathroom in this poor condition. It would have been nice to have someone site during check in, but there was clear information about how to get into the room so that was ok. The breakfast was good, the lady who served breakfast was very nice and helpful. I also liked the fact that they cooked the eggs to order. "
"Clean room in a suburban part of Neusiedl. No staff after 9 on the Sunday we arrived, only a key holder. No elevator. Good Austrian breakfast. Good for travelers passing through for one night."
