The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

"Wonderful property and area. Very walkable with lots of restaurants, shops and sights. The only downside was that the air conditioner seems to be on a timer and turns off after 30-45min. Needed to get up to turn it back on."
