"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at for so many reasons. The staff was exemplary. They were kind, courteous and so welcoming. The hotel had everything you could want! The gym was outstanding. The pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room was excellent. The interior design was relaxing and well thought out. I was given the most beautiful handwritten note upon arrival and when I checked out, I was asked to come back. The staff made you feel like family. When in America does this ever happen anymore? I highly recommend this awesome place to stay. You will not regret it."

"The staff and amenities were fabulous. It’s a maze to get to places. But once you figure that out it’s great. The shuttle bus is a good option to get in and out of town but you can’t reserve it so sometimes it’ll take 10 mins or 40. "

"Great location. Old building. Units vary in updates since they are individually owned. Ala cart you for parking which is bs. The elevator in building is slower than a backwards turtle. Otherwise outside building in canyons plaza offer lots to do. Food was mediocre …"

"Great location and especially wonderful with young kids bc of the kids club on property, ski school and lifts right out the door, cafe and restaurant onsite as well as walkable location to other restaurants and shops. "

"The slopes are quite accessible from the Cliff Lodge. The rooms feel pretty dated but clean . The massages at the spa were very professional and well done. The hotel charges guests to use any aspect of the spa though – – the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas – – unless you are getting a massage treatment."
