"The rooms are updated and very modern and clean. The common areas not so much. The bald desk guy in the early afternoon to early evening is not friendly but the overnight front desk clerk is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good."

"Clean room. The mirror near the bed seemed a bit scratched up, but that was very minor since there was a bathroom. WiFi was also good. The service was great! The transport from the airport and to the cruise that they offered was way cheaper than any other option I found online. The breakfast didn’t seem free, but the price wasn’t bad. The food was very good! Way better than the cheap food you get at other hotels. You can tell that they care about the quality of their food. Excellent service overall! I highly recommend!"

Rooms are European Smaller And I could see the Mediteranean Sea from my Window. Beach was 2 minute walk and at Beach Many Restaurants! Here is my Recommedation a On The Beach Restsurant named Vittorino's, Classic Italian, I had Mussels and Linguine Seafood and it was Off The Chart Mic Drop ***** Star ! Do Not Let Looks fool you! "This property was a welcome respite from busy travel and provided us with a wonderful last night in Italy. We were offered a private pick up at the airport which we used to and from the property for 20 euros each way. The hotel is located 11 minutes from the Rome Airport away from the hustle of the city and very close to the beach. The hardworking staff are absolutely wonderful and the rooms are very very clean and well appointed. The well kept courtyard is a calming place to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast/dinner. There is of course the sound of the airplanes overhead throughout the day and night but we not bothered given the many other benefits. There is a lovely breakfast and the restaurant is there for a few hours in the evening. There are also beach restaurants in the area offering wonderful views. A is large grocery market/store nearby walking for about 10 minutes. The beach itself is clean and huge and very empty low season but appeared to be gearing up for the busy summer months. Sunsets are beautiful here. Our room had a small kitchen that we did not require but would be nice for a stay by the beach for a longer time. I highly recommend this small hotel for a nice stay before or after your long voyage to Italy. A good place to relax and prepare for what is ahead one way or the other. The price is reasonable as it included breakfast and the quality of the stay. The staff is highly attentive and informative. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!"
