Giulia, the owner is so welcoming and accommodating, her hospitality and kindness was fresh air after a long flight! Most communication and instructions were remote and it’s as if we had seen her the entire time! Our room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay! The hotel is on a nice safe quiet street not too far at all from anything you want to see in Rome! Definitely a home away from home and we will be returning next time we stay!

I had a wonderful stay in Rome, and I highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently close to everything within walking distance. The accommodation was comfortable, homey, and felt very safe. Giulia, our host, was amazing—she made us feel at home, was always available to help, and was incredibly communicative. On the day of our departure, despite not purchasing breakfast, she brought us cappuccino and biscuits. I give this place 5 stars, 10/10, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

We had an amazing stay. Giulia was friendly and attentive. Her warm hospitality made our trip even more special. Our room was spotless and beautiful, and we could tell that Giulia pays attention to every little detail to ensure us have a comfortable experience. Absolutely fantastic location for a guesthouse. Very close to Vatican City, ample restaurants, shops and transport links. Gulia is an absolute sweetheart who made us feel right at home. The treats she left us were very welcome after long days sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and I personally loved the shower. The air conditioning was great. Definitely will be back soon!

This property is in a great location, is spacious and very clean. It felt like you were living in the neighbourhood as a local, which is what we wanted. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive to anything you need. She makes great recommendations to make your stay better. Close to many attractions yet tucked away enough to be quiet. Highly recommend.
