Absolutely wouldn’t change a thing about Girasole. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the sites as well as amazing cafe right on the corner. The staff were friendly and easygoing. I’d absolutely stay there again.

The property location is ideal. It's within walking distance to the Coliseum and if you are fairly fit, walking can be done to Trevi Fountain as well. Restaurants are close by and good. Leandro was super sweet. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable. Always available to answer questions and give recommendations on restaurants, tours, and much more. I would definitely stay again. The downside is the parking. It was very challenging finding a place to park on the street.

Great Location and Friendly Service

The room was spacious and quiet except for some occasional hallway sounds. Close to A Line Metro and a few blocks from the Termini Train and Bus station. The host was most helpful. We would stay there again.

Maravilhoso

Quarto muito espaçoso, chuveiro bom água bem quente, cama grande, tv 50 polegadas, cafe da manhã aceitável por 3 euros você não consegue nada melhor. Atendente Alan muito simpático e prestativo, o Leandro também nunca tive uma receptação tão boa menina hotel B&B. Muito bem localizado perto da estação Termini, e uma estação de metro ao lado também. Recomendo a que estiver querendo ir a Roma sem gastar muito!

Comfortable stay

Difficult to locate the place. Would hv bn easier if sign board placed at the entrance. Lift is only accessible for 2. Otherwise, friendly and accomadating service rendered. Rooms were clean. Keep it up guys.

Pretty nice to stay

Bathroom was uncleaned when I checked in. Leftover stuffs from previous guest was in bathroom. Toilet paper is not refilled when room clean. Other than that, room cleaning was perfect and clean. Temp was cool enough for september. Location is the best in florence

Bonjour Je vous conseiller de réserver les chambres ici. 1. Le prix est abordable, j’ai juste réservé un mois avant de partir à Rome, environ 60e/nuit/ 2pers 2. Cet établissement se situe dans le centre de Rome, ça fait quelques minutes à pied de la gare Termini, il y a le métro juste à côté pour qui veut visiter Vatican City, vous pouvez marcher la plupart des lieux touristiques, n’avez pas besoin de prendre le bus, ou le métro. 3. Le propriétaire est italien, il est très gentil, il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils afin de profiter notre séjour à Rome. Il nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Et son assistant, il est gentil aussi. ### Quelques inconvénients j’ai trouvé personnellement, Il vaut mieux d’équiper le tapis, car le sol est un peu froid. Après avoir sorti le salle de bain, on a besoin du tapis pour essuyer les pieds. Personnes veut monter le lit avec les pieds mouillés.

Advantages and disadvantages

It was a decent place to stay, but it provides less than it looks it does. For example, breakfast is cheap. Also, it is not actually a hotel, but a house with separate rooms which is on 5th floor. You take an elevator that make some scary noises. However, the hospitality and will for support and guidance from the staff is very good !! In conclusion, I would say that it is a decent cheap option!

Μόνο η ευγένεια του ιδιοκτήτη αξίζει

Το μόνο καλό στο συγκεκριμένο b&b ήταν ο πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης και το ικανοποιητικό wifi. Κατά τα άλλα: πολύ παλιό κτίριο, σχεδόν επικίνδυνο. Βρώμικα δωμάτια, χρειάζονται άμεσα ανακαίνιση. Σκισμένη παπλωματοθήκη, μικρές πετσέτες, ανώνυμα είδη μπάνιου (σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο κ κρεμοσάπουνο σε dispenser χωρίς να εξασφαλίζεται η στοιχειώδης ποιότητα). Σχετικά με την περιοχή, το μόνο καλό ήταν ότι η στάση μετρό απείχε λίγα μέτρα. Κατά τα άλλα ήταν πολύ βρώμικη και έδειχνε σχετικά επικίνδυνη.

It’s in city centre and walking distance to colosseum and Roma termini station. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but the room was clean with nice heating. I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast inclusion. They have lift as it’s on 5th floor. The owner was very nice and helpful. I think he was the most helpful person we ever met in our Italy trip. If you’re coming from airport catch a bus and then 10-15 mins walk from Roma termini

Dès la réservation, à chaque interrogation, nous avons reçus des réponses détaillées claires et beaucoup de conseils par téléphone via whatsapp, Des notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien reçu et avons apprécié l’accueil sympathique et les informations utiles ainsi qu’une carte afin de nous repérer ... Nous avons apprécié la chambre , le confort du lit et le petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant pour nous . L’emplacement de ce b&b Tout à côté du métro, très pratique pour notre séjour, cependant le quartier n’est pas très rassurant ni animé à notre goût... Nous n’avons pas apprécié le manque de réactivité lorsque nous avons signalé que la pomme de douche était cassée, au bout de notre séjour de 3 nuit, aucune réparation n’a été effectuée, De plus, des taches importantes de tartres sur le carrelage des sanitaires (certainement due à l’eau stagnante qui s’écoule de la douche dès l’utilisation de celle ci) et les taches brunes ds les wc sont pour nous rédhibitoires ! nous l’avions signalé également de manière à ce qu’un nettoyage plus poussé soit effectué , Il nous a été répondu que cela serait signalé à l’employé, rien n’a été fait à ce sujet ... Nous le déplorons vivement, car nous n’y retournerons pas à notre prochain séjour, Le lit était confortable ... Nous aurions apprécié + de linge de toilette et tapis pour sortie de douche ainsi qu’1 écran télé plus grand et des chaînes françaises, service chauffeur 50€ aéroport hôtel conseillé et apprécié au nuit et plui

Personnel aimable. La position de l'hôtel laisse penser que ce n’est pas un quartier sécurisé par manque d’esthétisme extérieur. Mais lorsque l’on ouvre la porte nous sommes agréablement surpris du charme que dégage l’emplacement de cet hôtel. De plus il est très bien situé. On peut tout visiter à pied!!!

Pour un séjour à Rome, à conseiller sans problème

Situé à 10min à pied de la gare, au 5ème étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, minuscule cependant, 4 portes à franchir pour arriver dans la chambre ! Guesthouse agréable, personnel sympathique et serviable, chambre immense avec salle de bain, produits de douche, bouteilles d'eau en cadeau, tv. Très bonne réception wifi, propre malgré le côté vétuste. Il y a avait des sachets de shampoo des clients d'avant qui étaient restés dans la salle de bain... Il y a un petit balcon. Le petit déj se fait dans la chambre, il est plus que basique mais correct. Immeuble calme mais voisins bruyants…. Ca reste cher mais en même temps l'hébergement est assez onéreux à Rome. A conseiller pour un séjour sans problème !

주인의 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 깔끔한 곳

최신식 시설은 아니에요. 오래된 건물이긴 하지만 불편함이 없게 하려고 주인이 얼마나 신경써서 관리하는지 느낄 수 있었어요! 내부도 정말 깨끗하게 정돈 되어 있고, 웰컴 푸드와 단출하긴 하지만 무료 조식도 마련되어 있어서 만족스러웠어요. 이 가격에 이런 서비스 받기 쉽지 않을 것 같네요. 다음에 로마에 가면 첫 날 부터 이곳으로 다시 예약하려구요!

La struttura non è un vero B&B, ha più l’aspetto di un affittacamere. La struttura è molto vecchia e sporca. Devo dire che l’aspetto è molto poco curato, la camera era grande ma è un po’ obsoleta. La colazione? Qualche bottiglia di latte e succo di frutta, un sacchetto di biscotti in comune con tutte le altre stanze, così come per la nutella e le fette biscottate. Non lo consiglio. Almeno il personale (una persona) era molto cordiale.

Breve soggiorno di 2 giorni e una notte in una doppia. Siamo arrivati in hotel prima dell’orario previsto del check-in e il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli in camera e poter usufruire del bagno. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, il proprietario molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare, ci ha dato una cartina e ci ha indicato i mezzi da prendere per poterci spostare.
