Overall I loved my stay at this hotel. The Hotel set up transportation to and from the airport which was very helpful. The building and room are very charming. The beds were soft and it was in a perfect location. The metro train was only about a five minute walk away. There were numerous restaurants very close as well as shopping. The only complaint I have is that we had the air conditioner set at a temperature and every day when they came in to clean they turned off the air conditioner and open the window so we came back to a very hot room every day. This was very frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Town House Spagna. The location is perfect. Most of the main attractions are nearby and you can either walk or hop on an electric scooter to get to them. Our room was great and was cleaned everyday. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

Excellent location, 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. If you are B&B breakfast is served in the cafe right next door and was lovely, set you up for the day. Lovely comfortable modern room. Only small issue was the shower in a lovely big smart bathroom the shower cubicle is very, very small. However that wouldn't stop me going back there again. Thank you Town house Spagna

Was decently clean and in a good location! The staff was very nice and helped in many ways. One thing I was shocked by was that the rooms did not look like the pictures at all.

Staff was professional, the room was decent the actual mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable. DownFall 20min walking period to property if you rent a car. The parking garage is 20 mins away and paying 22E daily.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Had some electrical issues with the room and ants, but both were resolved as soon as they were brought to staff attention. Jet tub was small but nice. Location was spectacular. Only recommendation was to modernize the room keys - 4 different keys to enter the room, and leave instructions in the room for TV use. Couldn't get Sky TV to work. Overall nice stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Everything is near it. For a couple the size of the room is perfect. Not so big not so small. I would definitely come back.

Property in the vicinity of the Spanish Steps, very central and within walking distance to many places of interest. Only complaint - coffee machine in room in need of cleaning, especially the water container.

Close to all the sights and metro. Breakfast in a local cafe was unusual but sufficient. Reception in a very separate part of building with no direct access but problems dealt with promptly.

Great little boutique hotel with in-room expresso maker. One reviewer did not understand expresso, and gave a bad review, but we found the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. The location can not be better. Walk to everything, and if not, then cabs are close at hand. Try this hotel if you want unique. Otherwise look for a Holiday Inn!

Loved the location , central to all tourist sites and in the heart of the shopping and restaurants so never had to walk far . Rooms very clean, serviced daily and very quiet despite bring in a busy street. Ideal location and breakfast provided at lovely little bakery next door with latte, orange juice and choices of sandwiches and cakes for breakfast. They were very accommodating and we were able to bag up our breakfast and take away when we had an early start to the Vatican mass and the airport. Airport transfer arranged by hotel was excellent with an experienced tour guide as a driver whe showed us the sites on the way to the hotel and parked and carried the cases up the stairs to the reception for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Firstly the staff were attentive and responsive to my needs. The location was excellent, central to many sight seeing locations and close to recommended eateries. When travelling alone it is reassuring to know that the staff have your safety and comfort in mind. The staff made sure that my transport needs to train stations were organised and staff were helpful in assisting with luggage etc. great attention to detail and in providing a good overview of the local area and explanation of the local sight seeing map. Loved my stay, the room was spacious enough for one, air conditioned which was very welcome in the heat of the day, tea and coffee were provided and the amenities were clean and well assigned. Would stay again.
