Leider konnte wir in unserem Zimmer über Nacht nicht das Fenster geöffnet lassen, da es teilweise durch den Straßenverkehr zu laut war. Es ging nach vorne zur Straße raus. Ansonsten war es aber sehr gut und die Betten waren hervorragend. Die Besitzerin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr bemüht, uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Rom zu bescheren.

We can’t say enough great things about our host. He greeted us each morning with a smile and a fresh croissant. Although there was a slight language barrier, he went out of his way to contact his wife so she could translate for us.

Super Lage, direkt hinter dem Vatikan. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Großes, sauberes Zimmer und trotz Strassennähe nachts ruhig. Frühstück aber sehr Italienisch, nur Süßes.

Stayed here for two nights and have no complaints. Check-in was very easy and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great location for Vatican museum and nice view of the Vatican wall. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. Erika and Johnny were incredibly helpful and looked after everything. Erika even called us after our plane landed to make sure everything was good. Room was spotless and well looked after. My husband and I loved the location near the Vatican Museum. It was easy to contact Erika with any questions and check in was smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Great value for money. Slightly unusual B&B in an appartment block but very safe, very clean, has everything you need. Hosts very polite and helpful. Facilities to make tea and coffee in the communal area. Step outside the front gates and you are opposite the Vatican wall. Breakfast is crossiants and toast, juice and tea/ coffee which suited us. Felt very secure: front gate locked, building door locked, door to apartment locked and then lock to room door! I would stay here again - great base to explore Rome

La Signora Erika era molto gentile. Albergo è molto semplice, molto casalinga, ma pulita. Va benissimo per scopo di dormire. L'unica cosa è che anche se l'albergo c'e scritto di fronte al museo non è adatto per una anziana perché c'è lunga camminata e autobus numero 49 passa raramente.

Super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Für den Preis unschlagbar. Unser Zimmer hatte einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon an der Straße gegenüber vom Vatikan, wer also einen leichten Schlaf hat oder ein Problem sollte es vielleicht meiden, für uns jedoch kein Problem. Das Frühstück war super, für den Preis natürlich kein großes Buffet. Die Zimmer sind allerdings nicht besonders isoliert, d.h. dass man hört wenn sich die nebenan lauter unterhalten. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Zimmer! Der Mann der immer da war um das Frühstück zu machen und beim Ein- und Auschecken war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist Top! 10 Minuten bis zum Petersplatz, 5 Minuten bis zur Metro! Nur zum empfehlen.

Absolut weiter zu empfehlen, da die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen ist und alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthalt ähnelte schon einem Hotel, wobei es sehr viel persönlicher war. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, was im August sehr angenehm war. Die nächste Metro-Station ist nur 5 Min. entfernt, von der aus man alle Ausflüge starten kann. Die Lage direkt gegenüber des Vatikans ist einzigartig. Negativ - absolut nichts. Diese Unterkunft ist in jedem Falle weiter zu empfehlen.

Let me tell you a story: We are three Americans traveling to Rome for the first time. Our flight was delayed over 17 hours, which meant instead of 9am we were arriving at the hotel around 2 am. Now, we didn't have cell service only wifi. We let them know we would be late and they said it would be a 20 euro late fee (we would claim this to the airline anyway, but still, we needed to get into the hotel. Well to get to the hotel our preorder ride cancelled on us at 1 am. So we took a black taxi (now we know black taxis are not regulated, take white ones!) and arrived at the hotel to a sleepy, but cheerful worker. As we got settled into the room, my cousin came to the scary realization that she left a bag in the taxi... With her passport. Thankfully she still had her wallet. Two people (and a wife) from this hotel somehow managed to track down the cab driver, meet him on the highway that night to get that darn bag back to us by to the next morning. If that story alone doesn't inspire you to stay here: rooms were clean, staff was friendly, ac, free WiFi, and safe hotel.

La proximité du centre ville historique, en face du musée du Vatican, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes, la qualité de l'établissement, font de ce B&B, une excellente adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement Bon séjour à Rome !!!
