Terrible service (do not answer the phone) - Good

We were scheduled to arrive at noon and tried from morning to call the host to arrange arrival time but there was no response nor sent messages (We tried to call lots of times). We arrived at the address and had to wait an hour for the guard in the building to find someone to come open (if there was no guard we were stuck) If a girl did not apologize at all for what happened the apartment was not ready for 3 people but 2, I asked her for a contact phone she gave me a number the next day when I tried to call was not available at all (disconnected number). I called the previous number and the person who answered was not nice. I said there was a problem with the hot water in the shower and he said he would send someone but no one came ... The apartment is in a good location but the service is just horrible !!
