Romalive is a great place to stay.

I booked with Romalive after the last booking fell through due to my late arrival. At Romalive, they were able to accommodate my late arrival. The hotel room was exactly as they described it, it was a nice area and near the Trevi fountain. I was a solo woman traveling in Rome, all of management and staff was friendly and very responsive but most importantly I was safe. They were very accommodating to me from getting there late to leaving my luggage for safe keeping. When I return to Rome, I will definitely stay here again!

Riscaldamento non funzionante c'e stato proposto di spostarci di stanza stessa cosa i condizionatori non funzionavano la pulizia inesistante abbiamo dovuto chiedere piu volte che ci venissero cambiati li asciugamani 4 notti ci sono stati cambiati una volta ik bagno da schifo tendine nere dalla muffa!! Questo hotel non deve essere recensito ma dev essere CHIUSO per lo schifo e per i disservizi !

The room's walls were dirty, they had stains and footprints all over them. No fitted sheet on the mattress just one base sheet. Sheets and Blankets full of certain types of stains, they also gave me a slight rash after laying on them. The room has a very basic setup even for a 2 star hotel. When a taxi driver gave me extra change they just let him right up to my room no questions asked without warning me instead of having me meet him in the lobby. The bathroom smelt like an unvented waste pipe and the shower had mold on the ceiling. Toilet mechanism did not always work and had to fix it myself on two occasions. The only positives are that the shuttle driver is courteous and that there is a balcony. It's okay if you're staying for one night but other than that I would reccomend staying somewhere else.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage das ist super. Der abgewohnten Zustand ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Frühstück kann man sich schenken und lieber zum Bäcker an der Ecke gehen. Internet ist OK. Schade einfach mal renovieren!

Very noisy all you could hear was doors slamming until 3 or 4 am , the beds were terrible so hard , very hold and run down property. Rooms extremely small. Gave us back our dirty towels. Great location near everything.

A notre arrivée à la réception de l'hôtel Luna Romana, on nous a dit qu'il y avait eu un "problème de chambre" sans plus de précisions, et on nous a expédiés dans un autre hôtel "partenaire" et de "même standing" sans nous donner plus d'explications. Le second hôtel (Hôtel Alius) avait des chambres vétustes et mal insonorisées, dont les murs étaient couverts de traces et tâches en tout genre. La salle de bain sentait les égouts, il y avait de la moisissure un peu partout et la douche était bouchée avant même la première utilisation. Le petit-déjeuner offert pour compenser cette modification de dernière minute n'a rien arrangé. Le café comportait le premier jour des grumeaux, un des yaourts que nous avons pris présentait une date d'expiration dépassée et les produits frais (lait et yaourts) n'étaient pas exposés en milieu réfrigéré. Seul la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel remonte quelque peu cette médiocre expérience.

Very professional and helpful staff, the hotel room was spacious and quiet with very comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the Termini train station so you have easy access to the historical sites. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check out in case you have more sight seeing to do. Perfect location and excellent hotel that I plan to visit in the future.
