My stay at the Intercontinental Rome Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Cristina, the Customer Relations Manager. From the moment I arrived, Cristina went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was unforgettable. Her attention to detail and personalized care truly made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself exuded elegance and charm, with beautifully appointed rooms and stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and every aspect of my stay was meticulously thought out. Cristina's warmth and professionalism were evident in every interaction, whether she was assisting with dining recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply ensuring that my needs were met. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly set the Intercontinental Rome Hotel apart. Overall, my experience at the Intercontinental Rome Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in no small part to Cristina's outstanding hospitality. Lovely hotel and v friendly staff. Food was excellent, great quality and well presented and service was fantastic. Hotel is located I lovely part of the city -20 min walk to the Colluseum. Look forward to visiting again
