Fantastic location
Excellent location. Easy to access tourist sights, but away from the chaos. Kiara was amazing! Met us at the property and had lots of information about local restaurants and directing to get around. Would definitely stay there again.

Did not know how good the locations was until we got there. Most things within walking distance. There were lots of things to explore nearby. The best part was the help we got when we ran into problems: 1. needing dining recommendations that she gladly provided. 2. needed an iron to get some wrinkles out of a shirt and dress. Again happy to provide 3. We needed a taxi to get to a meeting on Sunday afternoon, and was having trouble securing a taxi in Italian. She gladly stepped in to help. 4. Needed info on where to shop for gifts. Got it. 5. needed a taxi at 2:15 Am for an early flight. Unfortunately, most were not working since it was HALLOWEEN! Panic set in. Whatsapped Kiara our dilemma. She was able to secure an (honest taxi driver) for us. We could now exhale. Made our flight!

We really enjoyed the place. Kiara sent us details about how to get to the place. She was there when we arrived and gave us excellent recommendations and walked us through the apartment. The apartment was bigger than expected. A comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with hot water. The apartment is right at the Trastevere neighborhood, known for so many restaurants. She gave us a ticket to bring to a local Cafe right at the corner where you get a coffee and select the type of croissant you want. She booked for us the taxi to the airport. All in all, excellent place and excellent service as a host given by Kiara.

1st Time in Rome
The location is perfect, Kiara is incredible, and the apartment is everything I had hoped for in our stay. The only issue was the lack of AC which gave us no oasis after a long hot day of enjoying the city.

Set in one of the quieter streets in Trastevere, but close to Piazza Cosimato, the room is a well cared for economy bnb, with high ceilings and a 5 speed ceiling fan, perfect little kitchenette, desk, wifi and a comfortable bed. Chiara is an absolute charming and generous host who helped arrange for transportation to and from the airport and provided great tips for the area when she met us for coffee on the our first morning. She is also quite amusing by nature rather than effort, a rare quality. We feel like we've made a friend. We would definitely come here again.

Lovely Rome stay
Kiara was the most lovely and attentive host! She welcomed us as soon as we arrived, and had so many wonderful food suggestions. She also helped arrange transportation for us both upon arrival and leaving. The one bedroom stay was spacious and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Might be a little warm during the summer time, but the fan helped! Highly recommend this property.

Kiara was amazing. Even months before we traveled, she arranged transportation for us and answered our questions. While we stayed there, she gave us helpful tips, train schedules, and restaurant suggestions. We arrived early, and she met us and let us leave our bags while we trounced around Rome. She left us a HUGE amount of food for breakfast (yum). The room was clean and comfortable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience here. We would absolutely stay there again. We’re really happy to have stayed at Kiara‘s guesthouse. She really enjoys what she does and takes the time to make her guests feel at home in a new city. This was our first trip to Rome and she helped us navigate public transit and gave us really good food and sightseeing recommendations. The room Itself was clean, spacious, and it was convenient to have the little kitchenette there as well.

Best Host Ever! Convenient Location in Rome.
I’ve never met anyone so helpful and accommodating until Kiara came along. She helped me with a booking error and made sure I was taken care of before and during my stay. I was doing a solo trip so it was nice to have a friendly host by my side. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also quiet so I slept like a baby. There was a cafe next door that I fell in love with. Everything is walkable. I highly recommend staying at Kiara’s!

The room was basic, but functional. No AC, but the fans worked okay. Some appliances in the bathroom were a bit rusty, but everything worked. The two chairs in the living room could be pulled together for one person to sleep on as a couch. Kiara was very nice and welcoming and left us many recommendations for great places to eat. The neighborhood is lively with lots of restaurants and bars, although quite far from the main tourist attractions.

Great location
Great clean apartment with everything you need, in a quiet block, but just steps away from the bustling heart of Trastevere. Trams stops at the end of the street get you into Rome city centre quickly and easily. Kiara couldn’t have done more as a host, from preparing an excellent little guide book to ordering pick ups and drop offs. She even went out of her way to accomodate us when we were delayed at the airport. Will definitely be back

Kiara went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. She spent a lot of time educating us about the city and public transport, safe places and places to avoid. This place is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops around.

Amazingly friendly and great location
The experience started soon after booking with Kiara contacting me to give details of the B&B and asked if we needed transport from the hotel. The price of the car to pick us up from arrivals at FCO airport was, for 2 people, about the same as taking the train to Termini and public transport from there. A bargain. And much cheaper than Uber or a normal cab. This was arranged for us. Several days before our stay, Kiara contacted me to confirm all the details, and transport on arrival was as expected. Kiara was at the B&B to meet us, and settled us in and gave all the information we needed. The room consisted of a kitchenette, with sink, fridge, microwave, utensils etc., a living area, dining table/ chairs, a separate bedroom and an ensuite bathroom of good size. The Trastevere area of Rome was new to me, but I am a convert. More locals, tons of good restaurants, away from the hoards of tourists, but easily walkable or to take public transport anywhere. It was a daily relief to get away from the crowds and back to this lovely area. The B&B was extremely well priced, and I would stay again. It is a very hot summer, and there are fans to help cool you down. If there was one improvement it would be aircon, but this is an exceptionally hot summer. Kiara arranged our transport back to the airport and also allowed us a very late check-out as our flight wasn't until 8pm. A very enjoyable experience, and Kiara is lovely. She helped make it a very memorable stay.

A large room/mini apartment in an ideal location. I was worried it might be too far from the centre of Trastevere but it was just a two minute walk away and was nice and quiet. Kiara was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Location is convenient, in the heart of Trastevere. Very authentic and lots of good restaurants around. The room is big enough, with kitchen and bathroom. Kiara is so nice and helpful. All her advice about transportation, sightseeing tips, restaurants all proven to be very useful. Made our trip a lot easier and insightful. Would definitely live here if we visit Rome again.

Great location- easy to walk everywhere and lots of bars and restaurants nearby in the evening. Extremely hospitable hosts who have lots of advice on places to go and can organise well priced reliable airport transfers etc. I’d stay there again

This B&B was perfectly located for us, bang in the middle of the Trastevere district, and within a pleasant walk of most things. Kiara herself was very friendly and incredibly helpful. She gave us all the local advise on transport, when to visit attractions, where to eat, and also booked our airport taxi.

This was everything we needed for an amazing stay in Trestevere Kiara was amazingly responsive and was incredibly friendly. Her recommendations in the area are spot on! The room was two twins pushed together but the room offered an upstairs with a single queen. I have to stay the room was like having your own apartment in the area and that was great. This room offered a great quiet refugee after walking around all day and is centrally located for all your metro needs. I highly recommend this place over some of the more centrally located hotels.

Beyond expectations in Trastevere!
Kiara B&B is a great value find! Our hostess was communicative, kind and so helpful. The "bedroom" was really a decent sized studio with a nice bathroom and a small fridge, kitchen sink and utensils and dishes. Big comfortable bed, quite quiet and dark for sleeping, nice bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was typical Italian, baked goods, coffee, tea, but also juice, milk and yoghurt in the fridge. (The makings for breakfast are in the room kitchen so it's do-it-yourself, but that's no problem!) Great neighbourhood, with terrific restaurants, food shop and the best French bakery in Rome around the corner. We loved it and highly recommend Kiara B&B!

What a disappointment!
After reading the reviews, I looked forward to staying at this B&B in Trastevere. Boy, was I disappointed. At best, I would suggest that this is equivalent to an AirB&B unit. There is no agent on site after buzzing the door for a few minutes. In fact, only after inquiring the building doorman and the coffee shop owner next door did I find that the owner, Chiara, lived down the block. The telephone number advertised was actually only Chiara's personal cell phone number, not a number that outside friends could use to call in. In fact, there was no phone to receive calls! However, there was a front door intercom that could be turned off at night. The internet access only worked for the first day. After that, it went down and did not recover for the remainder of my stay. Credit card payment was NOT accepted, only cash. Checking out meant leaving cash on the table with the 3 keys to gain entry. I only saw Chiara when checking in.

A great place to stay!
Kiara BnB is in a great area...all attractions are easily accessible, but the BnB has a more neighborhood feel. Chiara was super helpful with good food recommendations and tips on how to get around. The room was clean, cozy, and inviting. We had an all around goods experience!

Mi estadía en Kiara guesthouse fue excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, la hospitalidad y el cuidado de Kiara fueron increíbles. La habitación es impecable, tienes cocina, té, café y galletas, el lugar es muy acogedor y la atención de Kiara hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia inolvidable, gracias a la dedicación y calidez de la anfitriona. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im Viertel Trastevere, was für seine vielen Restaurants bekannt ist, daher gab es nie ein Problem ein Abendessen zu finden. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen gehen kann, vor allem auch wo die Einheimischen essen gehen und vieles mehr. Würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
