"Very helpful staff at reception helped us relocate us and our luggage when water problems forced us from our two rooms. The staff at the restaurant was none too friendly. The hotel was farther from the hotel than we would have liked, and I'd book a closer one next time, though the shuttle service we paid for was helpful. They don't serve alcohol beverage before 6pm, kind of unusual if you're relaxing the day before an early flight."

"Had the 5th floor Pantheon view suite with an extra room. Fantastic staff- friendly, even packed a breakfast for us when we had a very early morning airport transfer. Can’t beat looking out onto the Pantheon, with all of the Roman must-sees in easy walking distance, and tons of good choices (three gelato places, including Venchi, within 20 yards of the door. Elevator is slow and small, but staff happily assist with bag delivery. Piazza can be loud with open windows, but when shut, the room is quiet. Lovely to be in the middle of it all!"
