It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard.

Stayed here for 5 nights, large unit at a great location right next to a subway stop making all of Rome's most toured areas very accessible, special thanks to the property manager as she provided very clear instructions for check in and check out! Highly recommend staying here!

Pretty good

Nice little place. No shampoo/cond/shower soap and water was only hot for 1-2 minutes, but place was otherwise mostly comfortable. Somewhat challenging to figure out how to get in, but we did it. Great location. Pizza/pasta place down the street that you could see from the apartment window - yellow sign, was delicious!!!

The accommodation was well located, there are many resturants and bars in the area. You can walk to the metro in a few minutes, making it very convient. The accommodation itself was ok. Some of the walls were modly, the bed linen was covered with strange stains, in the bathroom the tiles were already falling off the walls and it was also modly there. The were also no blankets bit only bed covers with a smelly woolen blanket.

The listing was very misleading. It makes it sound like you have the whole apartment but you only have a room with a private bath in the apartment. Air conditioning didn't work in the middle of June so I only had a fan. When I ran out of towels I was told that there was no way to get fresh ones forcing me to reuse dirty ones. Bathroom was cramped and hard to take a shower in. The area was convenient and walkable. Lots of great shops in the area. Overall would not recommend!

The only thing that was a plus was air conditioning in each room. The shower did not have consistent water temp. The toilet button was not qorking to flush the toilet. Bath tub was unsafe to enter and exit. The bath towels were nice. Beds were hard. No streaming for TV. Wifi was good. Elevator was super small. They property we thought we booked was not what we received. We purposely booked to be by the subway.but we were ar from it.we wiyld not recommend this company at all.

Problems need fixing with this.

Was not provided with the full address of the actual apartment. So big problems when we arrived in early hours of Saturday. Comfortable flat, but we got bitten by bedbugs. And just we we were leaving Monday morning, the toilet blocked/malfunctioned. So far from prefect.

Stayed 02–03 June 2025. The apartment was old, poorly maintained, and not as described. Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, creating an unsafe and unhygienic condition. There was also no functioning air-conditioning, despite it being listed as a feature — a major issue during the summer. I had to leave the property early, rebook another hotel, and pay additional transportation costs. This experience disrupted my entire trip I appreciate that Expedia partially refunded me, but I don’t recommend this property and suggest travellers avoid it.
