Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I would NOT recommend anyone to book this property. Property management company NEVER reply, the communication with then was a problem. Apartment is in an old building, the furniture is quite old and doesn’t seem appealing (looks dirty). There was NO HOT WATER in the apartment and no heating and there was always a bed smell in one of the bedrooms. The phone number they provided for support as they called "support 24hrs" was not functioning. I had to go through relocation during the night, because the conditions provided were not appropriate at all. The neighbourhood Monti is nice though.
