Malísima la atención al cliente.

La estancia fue bien hasta que nos marchamos. Nos dejamos olvidados los AirPods en el apartamento y a los 20 minutos de dejar el apartamento llamamos por teléfono al contacto de la agencia. No conseguimos hablar por teléfono con ella, así que le enviamos un whatsapp y una captura de la localización de los AirPods, que indicaba que estaban en el apartamento. Estuvimos llamando al contacto y a la agencia directamente y mandándole WhatsApp y no recibimos respuesta hasta un mes después. La respuesta que nos dan es que no ha habido ningún huésped después y que irán a mirar el apartamento, pero todavía no nos han contestado. Lo peor de todo es que nuestro localizado indica que los AirPods se han movido y ya no están allí. Viajamos mucho por trabajo y nunca nos han tratado así en ningún alojamiento. Hemos olvidado muchas cosas y siempre las hemos recuperado, o bien nos las han guardado o nos las han enviado. Nefasto servicio de atención al cliente.
