Nice flat in localish 'hood close to sites

The two of us had a nice stay at this property in Testaccio and would be happy to stay there again. Generally quiet but interesting neighborhood with a local feel but convenient to sites (by public transportation, and Colisseum area is within walking distance). Bed quality was fine and linens were all clean. Everything worked. Quibbles . . . Did not open sofa bed, but cushions were too soft for sitting and cover was grimy on the armrests. Shower is a bit small, and though there is a window in the bedroom, it just looks onto a neighbor's terrace. Good value.

it was smaller than expected there were 5 of us. eventhough i said specifically when i wouold be there anr i wa there at the stated time ther was no one there . we were standing in the rain for an hour asking people for help . not a comfortable feeling. we loved the neighbor hood and felt safe. but our first taste of no one to greet us was disappointing.

Très agréable séjour à Rome en famille

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome, bus et tram passent à 5 min à pieds. Le quartier est très pratique, il y a tous les commerces de proximité nécessaires. L'appartement est heureusement climatisé ce qui nous a permis de supporter la chaleur étouffante de la ville en plein été. Il est bien équipé, les lits sont de bonne qualité, seule la table mériterait d’être changée car elle est certes design mais trop haute, trop étroite, sans rallonge et pour 5 c'est juste. Le descriptif et les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La pièce salle à manger / salon / cuisine est assez sombre (petite fenêtre) mais nous le savions et cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne francophone qui nous a prodigué de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Pas d'état des lieux de sortie, c'est surprenant, les romains sont confiants ! je conseille la réservation (proposée) du taxi depuis l’aéroport vers l'appartement c'est pratique, pour le retour nous avons pris un bus / navette depuis la gare centrale de Termini. Je vous conseille cet appartement pour visiter Rome !

This apartment is in a quiet residential area a 7 minute walk to the metro. It is near grocery stores and restaurants. It is a bit out of the way, but the tourist sites are reasonably accessible by metro. The stove was difficult to use.

Confort et tranquillité

Nous avons adoré Rome qui est une ville fantastique - belle et pleine d'histoire. pas eu le temps de tout faire mais très envie de revenir pour faire les visites non faites ou partiellement par exemple le Vatican. une semaine sur place parait être un minimum. nous espérons revenir. nous avons eu un temps formidable ce qui est très agréable pour visiter la ville sous le soleil.

Joli appartement dans un quartier populaire de Rome.L'appartement est propre et calme.Il ya un simply à 10mn et pleins de transport en commun à proximité(bus,tram et metro piramide).Le colisée ,le forum ,le palladium sont pas très loin.

Det var ikke et hotel men en lejlighed. Vi blev modtaget uden problemer og fik den hjælp, vi havde behov for. Et dejligt soveværelse, rent og pænt og et dejligt badeværelse. Opholdsrummet kunne have været mere behageligt. Der var en sovesofa, men ellers kun hårde stole og et mærkeligt meget højt bord at spise ved. Det var rart at bo et sted, hvor vi var de eneste turister. Alle andre beboere var romere. Vi boede i bydelen Testaccio, hvor der også var den årlige festdag med masser af musik på pizza Testaccio, der lå få meter fra vores lejlighed. Der var lidt langt til centrum, men det vidste vi jo i forvejen ,så vi fik gået mange kilometer. Kunne godt finde på at komme der igen, men så kun 2 personer og ikke 4.

Asunto kunnoltaan hieman vaatimaton ja mm. sänky vaatisi päivitystä. Perustarvikkeet toki löytyvät. Hyvä internet-yhteys (10/1 MB), jolla voi katsoa vaikka Suomen uutisia jos kiinnostaa. Palvelu kuten avainten luovutus ja muu apu esim. puhelimitse todella hyvää. Positiivisinta aito roomalainen ympäristö paikallisine asukkaineen.

Gradevole il quartiere Testaccio, ottimi i ristoranti del quartiere e le gelaterie. Tutto a 200 metri dalla stazione Ostiense e metro. A piedi ci sono circa 2 km dal Colosseo.

Alles was in orde en aangenaam, de kamer had alles wat nodig was. Enkele details kunnen nog verbetert worden zoals kleine kussentjes op de stoelen, aanbieden van enkele films, ... De omgeving was aangenaam maar de voorgevel gaf niet zoveel uitstraling.
