Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Great location just off the m25 and A12 on the edge of Brentwood. Hotel as clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the pool and gym complex was excellent. We would definitely stay there again "
