"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. "Nice looking apartment within walking distance from the train station and a busstop right across the street. Public transport is free in Luxembourg, so you can get to nearly all interesting places by jumping on bus 9. The apartment itself has everything you'd need. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The only thing to note was a slight smell in.the kitchen, but that was gone after a day or so. I'm guessing it was due to a cleaning session or maybe an unused drain. "

"Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken, het is er schoon en netjes. Ik vond het bed aan de smalle kant, niet wat ik gewend ben. De locatie, midden in de stad is ideaal. We vonden het heerlijk om er te verblijven. Jammer dat er in het begin iets misging in de communicatie, waardoor de instructies om het gebouw binnen te komen pas na contact met Expedia via een mail duidelijk werden."

"This is a great little hotel just across the road from the station. It is a very good 3 star but I wouldn’t pay €20 for breakfast! There are lots of lovely cafes in the area instead. We had a lovely evening meal at the restaurant at the station Le Quai Steffen. The American cemetery is worth a visit."
