"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day."

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, elegant. Balcony was wonderful for a cup of tea or glass of wine. Staff were amazing - helpful, accommodating and so pleasant. Breakfast was a lovely experience (they easily accommodated my gluten free request). 5-10 min walk into town (uphill on the way back). Easy to access everything you need in Como. Would definitely stay there again. Possibly the only downside is that if you’re not a confident driver you won’t enjoy the parking...
