"Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental .
Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"The location is unique and wonderful. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Dinner in the Osteria was excellent and kitchen accommodated vegetarians without a fuss. Our room loft room facing the waterway was very spacious and quiet. Visit Burano across the bridge after 7p.m. - the whole island is deserted and peaceful.
Didn't go for wine tasting experience and instead had bottle of wine from the vineyard - it was very drinkable. Overall , an excellent hotel and recommend staying for 2 days on the...

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"A pleasant, simple option about a 4-minute drive from Motta di Livenza. This is a family-run affair, and it may feel as if you're living in a spare bedroom - but the owners were very pleasant and offered useful restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast was solid, if not spectacular. The rural setting, though, is delightful: two vineyards are within easy walking distance, and the adjacent small road works well for a morning jog. If you have a car and want a casual experience, this could work...

"Great location near to the shuttle buses and some water taxi stops.
Staff were helpful, room was basic but clean. Shower worked well - no issues with it running cold like I’ve had in other hotels!
Continental breakfast buffet was simple but plenty to choose from.
Would stay there again if I went back to Venice."

"I loved staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the very moment we set foot in Venice.
I definitely recommend this hotel. Is within walking distance of everything around in Venice."
"This place is amazing! It's perfect for all.
Only thing is microwave is not working in room 776. Otherwise the place is incredible from the rooms, amenities, the shuttle service, pools, bars, all!!!"
"Hotel was very nice, great buffet breakfast. It is not in the popular San Marco area but in a quieter area. Still convenient to walk or take public water bus to other areas, if needed. Hotel staff is very friendly & lots of local restaurants in area close to hotel. Highly recommend!!"
