Rebekkah was an awesome hotel employee and was very helpful in our stay!

I had an ok experience which immaure was just a blip innthe system , but the room i intially booked was not the one i was given , i gotnplaced in an accessible room for the disabled which i did not need and didnt have some of the extras i had booked for , a simple converstaion got me moved however as i was almost straight out to the event i was attending it wasnt until late that evening i realised that the toilet was blocked in the new room I'd been placed in rendering it unsuitable for use which obviously could have caused some major issues, besides that it was a lovley spacious room with a comfy bed and decent facilities.

Room was nice and modern, and clean. Staff were super friendly throughout the stay and the amenities at the hotel were also good.
