"Pretty clean hotel and bathroom. I liked the modern look. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they told us local places to visit, gave us adapters and we were able to store our luggage in the day of check out. Only downside is that there us no mini fridge or microwave so you’d have to be eating out practically everyday, as you can’t save food for the next day"

"Decent area, friendly staff and a tram ride away from the major attractions. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue as they had cleaners cleaning around the clock but people staying could be an issue as getting in shower after they’re coming out and leaving it untidy or not flushing the toilets properly. Other than that, no concerns and would definitely go back. However, I paid for the breakfast for 2 days and realised on arrival they’ve stopped doing breakfast so still waiting for my refund. "

"Hotel is in excellent location. It is near the Rijksmuseum, shopping, tramps, and many eateries nearby. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. On site restaurant MoMo is very good. Breakfast also good and cooked to order. Highly recommend to ones who visits Amsterdam."

"This is definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in . The room was massive, there was a gym and swimming pool which our 14 year old used everyday. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The sky bar had amazing views. If you don’t mind not staying in the centre it is only 2 stops on the train to Amsterdan centre and 1 to Schipol airport with a day return being 6.5 euros. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam "

"The good first. The staff was lovely. The bad - for being the most expensive hotel of our trip around the Netherlands, it left the most to be desired. The hall and room were filled with small flying bugs. I had to try brushing them off the door before opening them to try to minimize the number getting in the room. The lighting was terrible in the room and in the breakfast area and there weren’t enough outlets. The beds were in poor condition and one was so bad that when my husband sat on it he almost fell on the floor because it folded in half. The room was tiny and we had almost no room for our bags for a triple room. The worst was the lack of soundproofing. It’s not the hotels fault that a family had their children running wild in the hallway but we could hear it all. It was a very unpleasant stay. "

"It was great hotel but only issue is kitchen closes at 10 so had to get a take away. Overall though it was a nice clean room. Should be wine glasses and utensils if you require a takeaway or to eat in room. Tv was not very stable in terms of picture and sound "

"Great hotel on the whole, location worked for us with a toddler being a bit out of the centre. Only issue was the shower being weak and temperature fluctuating every 30 seconds but didnt stop us enjoying our stay"
