The Ampersand was a beautiful hotel. It was so easy to get to the tube and get anywhere we needed to go. There were also many shops and cafes in walking distance to the hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of London.

This hotel could be a 5 star hotel if they just make a few tweaks as listed below.
1. Front Desk/Reception Area - Professional and courteous but a little slow in dealing with clients.
2. Late night food/snacks should be further catered to a more international/American clientele, although the hotel is Indian owned.
3. Lack of notification and actual hot water availability for two nights. Hotel should reach out to clients on such issues that affect us all as clients.
Otherwise, a fantastic hotel with excellent five star Indian-themed food/drinks, staff, and location!

Absolutely lovely hotel! Small boutique hotel, private, spotlessly clean, good security, very quiet , AND? An unbelievably wonderful staff. Lovely linens on quite comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower, plus a wonderful included breakfast, & only a five minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Large variety of quality cafes, restaurants, shops, and services just around the corner.
My new favorite hotel in London!
