"Room was very clean, bell hop, concierge, valet, and gift store people were all really nice. My only complaints would be there weren’t enough servers for a Saturday morning at the diner. Our waitress was very nice but you could tell she had too many tables. It took her awhile to get back to us for coffee refills and the check. There were tons of open tables and a long wait to get in which leads me to believe there just wasn’t enough staff. Also, one of the hot tubs was closed the whole weekend so the other one overfilled with kids. Having 2 open on weekends seems like a good idea. Otherwise great stay."

"Great location, very nice rooms, awesome amenities and the overall condition and feel of the property was very good. Front desk employee however was pretty rude at check in. Room wasn’t ready on time which was not an issue but when I asked about timing of availability his response was rude and dismissive. When trying to eat breakfast this morning at the property restaurant, the one employee working the floor made us feel as if we were taking up her time and not really welcome. Never got a chance to place an order and we went elsewhere for a meal. The Starbucks employees were all amazing, friendly, and very efficient! Would stay here again and recommend this property to others but the lack of staff professionalism is a big problem. "

"The front desk gentleman was absolutely wonderful. He was super kind, helpful and went out of his way to make sure guests were happy and taken care of! Breakfast was terrible. Given there is a restaurant on the end of the hotel the continental breakfast was very.. minimal and lacking. "

"It was a bit dingy and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where a fan should be, but the bed was AMAZING, the complimentary soaps smelled great, and the location was nice and walkable to many places."

"Enjoyed my stay. Nic and quiet. Loved the little extra stuff the do from fresh cookie to soup and fresh coffee all day. Wonderful stay !!"
