"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. Beautiful meticulous grounds, rooms, staff, meals, and amenities… all within walking distance of cable cars and funicular trains up to spectacular sights and hikes. We were visiting during the shoulder season… assuming that was likely the reason there was construction noise for road repair outside our window starting at 7am for a few days of our stay. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our time in Ortisei!"
