"Nice place and worked well even if staff were on vacation (only staff was someone fixing breakfast). Positive was several parking places. Only negative was the narrow beads placed almost in the middle of the room (but if you don't move, you don't fall out of bed). "

Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. Wir mussten also häufig warten, bis mal jemand vorbei kam, um uns aufzumachen. In den Spielraum für Kinder haben wir nur einen kurzen Blick geworfen,...

"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well.
