"The property is not a 4* hotel. It is unbelievable that there is pay per in the lounge and no sport channel.we had to go to other hotels or restaurants. The advert says there is a gym.not true.very dissapointed.breakfast and restaurant was very good.room was clean. Stayed 6 nights and fridge door was never fixed.no.521. Had to change room 522 because lock was faulty 2days and my sons couldnt get in. The place needs maintenance and then should be opened.exit door with sensor to beach wasnt working.only the nice brown haired lady at reception on monday afternoon 14th april was very good help.All the others were poor but not rude "
