"The hotel is nice and clean. The regular rooms have a small refrigerator and a safe but does not have a microwave. The hotel is always clean with comfortable beds amd basic items like shampoo, soap and body creams. I went to the casino where there's a variety of machines. There's a food court and a couple of other restaurants in the casino. Their smoking area is separate from the rest of the casino so most areas are non smoking. We stay at this hotel every time we visit the casino."

"The room was found to be in a clean condition. However, concerns arose regarding the professionalism of the night staff. There was uncertainty as to whether the individual was an employee of the establishment or an unauthorized person present at the front desk since dress code seemed lije someone living in the streets . Upon inquiring about parking availability in front of the building due to a late arrival, the individual responded in a disrespectful manner, questioning whether the room was booked individually or with a partner. This interaction created a sense of insecurity. I responded where is this question coming from? Am i allowed to park here yes or no?"
