"Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and a friendly and attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. Hotel is located close to public transportation and there are dining options close by (within walking distance). The area around the hotel is very quiet on weekends"

"Clean, comfortable, close to shopping and train. It’s a 5 minute walk to train station and quick 15 minute train ride to Stockholm city center. Nice gym and sauna but need to reserve sauna and pool time. Very good breakfast and we were also served an excellent lunch when we first arrived. Not a ton of nightlife or restaurants open late close by if you don’t want to take the train"

"Comfy beds, great location 10 minute walk to train directly into Stockholm. Gym with a sauna. Breakfast was great but hectic. Dinner is only a buffet during summer with super limited options for a big price- better off eating at one of the restaurants down the street or in Stockholm. We were incredibly disappointed because our room was right above the kitchen with a super squeaky door so we could hear them going in and out early in the morning and late at night making sleep very difficult. When we told staff the first time nothing was done, second time they said they would stop using the door (they didn’t). The third time again nothing was done. Not once were we offered to move rooms nor offered even a small refund which to me is poor customer service. We won’t be back because of this."

"Friendly staff at front desk and very helpful. Room was cozy and bed soft and comfy We had breakfast booked but as we had to depart very early in the morning we opted for the breakfast to go option. Pleased there was such an option so I didn’t miss out but a little bit disappointed by the cheese and ham sandwich and kids juice box provided. Other than that excellent place to stay. "
