"Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help"

"The hotel is great, overall, with it being close to rail transportation, you can get into the heart of Stockholm in 20 minutes. My only complaint is that their "Sky Bar" is only open 3 days a week... in the MIDDLE of the week! Are you kidding me? I would love to stay there again, but they need to rethink their Sky Bar days open, because there really isn't anything nearby to grab a drink if you're not wanting to drink in Stockholm before coming back to your room. Plenty of parking at the nearby Upplands Vasby train station (free for 24 hours per visit) from here you can access all of Stockholm via public transit. The breakfast was great. Clean rooms, very helpful staff. Overall a positive experience."
