"Great spot, right at are to start walk to castle. Or you can take shuttle or even horse n cart. Both go up and down to castle. Bith also right there, outside hotel doors. Great breakfast, and the dining area with a view of the castle late afternoon, or early evening is fantastic."

Gorgeous room, sauna and pool access in the spa was incredible perk and the daily breakfast was spectacular. Easy in and out parking, helpful staff. Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . "We stayed at Quellenhof Hotel 3 times during the weeks we visited our son in Garmisch. Each time we stayed on a different floor - every floor has a beautiful view of the Alps! The rooms were always clean. Be careful to adjust the shower curtain just right or water will leak onto the floor. I encourage everyone to stay here! Ask for the bus pass while you stay. Grainau has great restaurants and shops! Beautiful village!"
