"Room very hot and air conditioning is only working in the morning for a very short time on hot! This in April. The cold function is somehow turned of centrally. On questioning this at reception ( friendly) I was told it was not working on cold as April is cold for local people. When I remarked this was an international hotel. I was bluntly told :" This is Spain, do as the locals" "

"Modern hotel with an industrial luxury design. Has the best location in Cadiz. Stayed for two nights in a sea view suite. Enjoy the valet parking. Would not hesitate to stay there again recommended to everybody."

"Good beach view, location, and great shower! It was a nice 40 minute coastal walk to old town. However, there is zero ambience in the hotel itself and staff was very unhelpful. Weird configuration of rooms with a bathtub in the middle of room and no separation/wall between bathroom and rest of room - no privacy at all if you are sharing the room. "

"We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it was very nice. My major gripe was an incredibly rude member of staff in the restaurant and i refused to go in afterwards as Rota has plenty of places to eat and drink; his behavior caused me to spend my money elsewhere because of him tutting and blowing his disapproval at us. It was however, one person, and most staff were pleasant and friendly. "
