"The room was clean and comfortable. Tge shower and ensuite was perfectly adequate"

"The kettle situation. What a faff. Plug is under the dresser. Have to scramble under there to unplug it before you can pour water from the kettle. Small inconvenience, I guess. But very irritating and poorly thought out layout. Hairdryer didn't work either. Maybe a blessing as it was the same scramble under that dresser to try plugging that in."

"Property was completely unlocked and empty of people. Had to use posted number on unlocked door to contact an employee who showed up 15 minutes later. Was taken to a dirty unmade bedroom with old and mismatched furniture. Bathroom was 30 yards away with no toiletries and no mirror Water was luc warm. Carpet throughout the building was rhreadbare. After 20 minutes I decided to vacate the hotel due to watching a rat run down the hallway."
