"Absolutely loved our stay here, such a pretty property, very warm and welcoming. Nice little spa and coffee lounge, staff were lovely and helpful. Really nice breakfast in the gorgeous breakfast room with amazing views. Huge clean room. "

"Good breakfast. Triple room was an odd setup for a group of friends (optimized for disabled guests sooner bed was a hospital bed and the bathroom had a sliding glass door that lacked privacy). My main issue was a constant tapping or dripping noise throughout the whole night that disrupted my sleep. "

"Obviously a spot for families with kids. Parking is in convenient - long walk. Rooms are a bit dated, needs new TVs."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
