"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). "Nice hotel but unfortunately undergoing renovation, so major roadworks, crane etc. on road right outside entrance. Nice big room and the bathtub was an unexpected extra. Fantastic breakfast with delicious pastries from the bakery. Got a free ticket for the bus to Neuschwanstein castle from reception. Asked to leave luggage before check in and while going to castle in morning, but could only leave in quite public space - did not feel secure."
