Lovely boutique hotel
The hotel was great. We stayed in a mezzanine room which was fantastic and a great use of the high ceilings! the bed was super comfy and the bathroom well appointed. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Every aspect of my stay was excellent. I can’t think of anything that could make it better. I was impressed by the eco-friendliness of Pincoffs. Without exception, every staff member was a model of professionalism and kindness.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful and clean. We didn't have the breakfast because we found it too expensive (you can have decent breakfast for half the price nearby). Amenities are great, from slippers to bath products to coffee machine to bluetooth speaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Luxury hotel as nice as described but
First of all, the hotel lives up to its reputation and its positive reviews. Only that during the two nights we have stayed, there was a series of unfortunate events which made our stay not as enjoyable as we had wished: 1. Check in time not specifically mentioned - we arrived at 2pm and was informed our room not ready. Usually not a problem, we could have just hang out nearby. But out of some communication problems we were recommended a food place 17min walk away. We finally took the Uber and were exhausted and hot when we managed to get back and check in to our room. The location of hotel is nothing but central as mentioned in some other comments, i found it not easy to get to anywhere by public transport 2. No air conditioning - when we finally can check in to our room, we were informed that one of the AC units of the hotel broke down. Understand things happen, and they had made an effort to put a cool fan in the room which didn’t help much and was noisy when it’s running. We were really bad luck as those two days were quite hot (not sure due to the heat wave or it’s just like that in summer) 3. Noise - our room faces the river bank where the yachts park. Nice view but the bridge which lifts up to let boats pass got some issue and workers tried to fix it OVERNIGHT which caused significant noises. Couldn’t sleep well Putting all these aside, the hotel has really nice decor, has elegant furnishings and nice staff. Hope the future travellers will be more lucky!

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We have a 24 hours reception. We can guarantee you can check in from 3PM. Unfortunately, we did not have your room ready earlier. Normally the check in time is written on the booking conformation. We will check on hotels.nl to make sure we inform future guests. In our former customs office, we have a lounge bar and sunny terrace. We make breakfast, lunch, small snacks and tasty platters for our guests. Our hotel is located near the trendy Kop van Zuid. The Kop van Zuid is famous for its architecture and its former harbours with nice terraces. The metro stop (Wilhelminaplein), to get into the shopping center, is just 400 meters away. There is a Water taxi stand to cross the river in front of hotel (15 meters). During your stay we informed you about the possibilities. Maybe there was some misunderstanding about your needs that afternoon. During your stay one of our airco units has stopped working. Therefore, some of the rooms did not have air-conditioning. Because of the warm weather this was very unlucky. We tried to relief the inconvenience by putting a large fan and a mobile airco in your room. We tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible and tried to fix the airco as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it was not possible to fix the unit without a little noise in the morning. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We still hope you enjoyed your stay in Rotterdam and your visit to Kinderdijk. Comfortable accommodation
Generous sized rooms. Good location. Could do with a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning in the shower area. There was also a smell emanating from the bathroom, so we just left the window open for circulation. Overall it was fine.

Great place to stay. Very easy to explore Rotterdam either on their bikes or on foot. The staff were helpful and polite. Their pop up restaurant Sil’s was an amazing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Pincoff’s. The room was luxurious. Each and every person at the hotel we’re so polite, professional and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Convenient to metro and tram. Located near many of the modern Rotterdam buildings.

Huge suite with stylish furniture. The hotel is very modern in an old, renovated building and is full of charm. The breakfast was delicious and worth the charge. There’s a small bar/lounge on site as well, which is lovely after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely return.

Fabulous find in Rotterdam!
From the moment I arrived at this hotel it was obvious it was going to be a good experience. I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade via my booking website and how fortunate I was! The lady said it was her favourite room in the hotel and I could see why. It was a stunning room. Class. A bathroom to match too! I decided to book breakfast at the hotel too and how glad I was. Delightful staff served your initial drinks and food and left you alone to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. If I was visiting Rotterdam again this would be where I would want to stay. I might not get an upgrade again but who cares. The people were superb! Loved it!

Isabel was very caring and attentive. The little things that makes all the difference. Well deserving the #1 rating. Just to be fare, the 3rd floor attic room we had is not really suited for 6’ and above tall people (I banged my head at the exposed beams twice during the night).

Hotel Staff With A Focus On Guest Service.
I was assigned to Room 3. I beautiful bed was in the loft, as well as, the telephone. Due to my bad knees I could not negotiate the staircase. So I pulled out the sofa/bed, brought down pillows from the bed and a comforter was brought to my room by a young female employee. Breakfasts were exceptional and wonderfully filling. It’s a 20 minute walk to and from the Wilheminaplein Metro — a bit of a challenge for me. For my birthday Karen made reservations for a river taxi and dinner at ZeeZout. The evening was exceptional. Dining options surrounding the hotel are sparse. The side of the tub is unusually high making it a bit difficult when taking a shower.

Lovely boutique hotel
Stayed for one night at the Pincoffs and would love to have stayed longer. From the greeting as I arrived to the thank you as I left, everything was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the bathroom immaculate and well stocked, and the breakfast healthy and freshly prepared. All in all, it was precisely what I had hoped for!

A hotel which makes you feel at home
One day before my check in date I received an email reminding me of my imminent stay, so I wrote back giving them my time of arrival and I added that I would appreciate it if, and subject to availability, would be upgraded. Lo and behold an hour later they wrote me back confirming that indeed I was upgraded to a suite. Now if that is not great customer service, I don’t know what is. This is my fourth stay in the past three months. The hotel itself is conveniently situated, small boutique luxurious with fantastic and helpful staff willing to go out of their way to be helpful. So yes I’d you are in Rotterdam, Pincoffs is the place
