"We initially didn’t get the best room. It had carpet & felt a-bit rundown, but we asked to change the next day to a different room & The staff were very accommodating. They swapped us to an amazing room with most fantastic view!! (5th floor)
The breakfast was great! Location great & everyone was really friendly! They made sure we were well looked after x"
"Hotel is places right within the old town square, music from bars can be loud, but this was not an issue for us.
Pool is small bit there was no issues with sunbeds."

"We stayed at the hotel as a group of friends in a triple connecting room, room 209. As we were getting closer to the trip, I was a little bit concerned about some of the negative reviews recently left on Google reviews; given the price, I didn’t go in to expect a platinum five star hotel, and in all honesty, I set my expectations a lot lower!
I needn’t have done this, we had a fantastic stay, Thursday to Sunday. The aesthetics as you approach the hotel had already started to put my mind at ease. The triple room was amazing and surpassed our expectations, three en suites, a huge balcony spanning the width too, we loved it. Clean, with everything you could need. No noise from adjoining rooms at all.
We had the premium all inclusive option which meant we had access to the spa, premium drinks options and could dine one night for free at the a la carte restaurant.
Would return and highly recommend!"
"Great hotel in a good location right at the front overlooking the sea. Well placed as you’re only a short walk into the old town square or the Marina. Spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly. The views from the front facing rooms are fabulous. Not all rooms have a balcony so just check when booking. Nice little restaurants and bars close by. "
