"The worst hostel experience in my life. Booked an entire room for 4 people via Expedia website in August at an attractive price. The next day reconfirmed this with the hostel administrator (have a proper correspondence). Called a few days before the arrival. All was good. At check-in, the rood Chinese receptionist barely speaking English told my friends that the price that we paid is actually for 1, and not for 4, when the booking was clearly indicating 4. And asked for the amount which is x5...

"Great location. Out of town enough to view an aurora through the window while our baby was sleeping. Could ski on the frozen river straight from the property. Loved the wet room with a sauna - this was really cool! Staff were good at communicating once we were there but not initially after booking which would’ve been helpful. Lots of parking. Easy distance to airport, large supermarket and the amenities in the town. Close to a large ski area also. Overall, we’d definitely return to Artic Resort...

"This property was perfectly located for our trip and had everything we needed. The option for a late check out was extremely handy. The only thing that would have made things better would have been if there was an option for early check in say 1pm instead of 4pm as our flight landed at approx 11.30 so we had to use a storage facility nearby for our luggage and wait around for 4 hours. Highly recommended "
