the igloos had amazing view and everything was great for us. there was sauna and jacuzzi and everything you might possibly need during the stay. would highly recommend a stay here if you’re in need of a tranquil getaway!

Staff were exceptional with the information and dedication to excellence. The room and bed were beautifully cosy and clean.

We booked the Jaa - the Ice room. Everything was good - room was clean, kitchenware and toiletries were of good quality (Marimekko, Rituals) and housekeeping staff were friendly. Location also good - bus stop to the SCV was just 2mins’ walk and lots of food options nearby. This is important if you want to minimise walking in the cold. Our room was facing a construction site but we didn’t hear much noise so no issue. Breakfast spread was fine, although we don’t eat reindeer salami.

Absolutely superb! I traveled with my 8 year old son and we had a spectacular time. Can’t rave about the place enough.

A very comfortable stay with my 2 adult children. The location is very central, walkable to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and overall layout of the apartment was comfortable. The bathroom sink was on the small side and it would be nice if toiletries were included.

It’s an amazing experience except no luck for Aurora that night. And unlucky that our room TV is not working too.

The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna took a bit of time to heat up but it was a nice feature. Check-in was easy. They provide a QR code in the room to book taxis, which was very convenient. The lift is very quaint and unique. The location was very convenient to the Rovaniemi bus station and supermarkets. A short 15 minutes walk into the city.

Friendly staff and big,clean cottage with a small kitchen where you can cook and hear up food using the microwave oven.
