"The staff at the front desk were outstanding. They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The apartment itself was very nice, modern, clean, economically priced in my opinion, and conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station. The only drawback to this is that it’s located along the tracks across from the train station so you will hear some verbal announcements and train arrivals and departures. This was not an issue for me given the short stay but if it will bother you, take it into consideration — especially if you plan a longer stay. "

I would just put a little minus point for the TV not being connected to TV where you can AirPlay from your devices so the choice is quite limited. Its location is perfect (close enough to the Old City that you can walk to get there but also very close to the centre of the new town and its restaurants and shops); the location is also quiet; the room was big and comfortable (the fact that was a little old-fashioned was not a problem at all); breakfast was excellent with lot of choice; the hotel is clean and personnel kind and helpful. The only negative point is that, in our opinion, the hotel restaurant is pricey and, for this reason, we chose to eat at nearby restaurants. "
