The shuttle to the city center is a great feature and the convenience to the train station. When you take day tours the meeting point is next to the hotel which is very convenient.
Rooftop bar location is good overlooking the central station beautiful architecture.
Room is great size. Bathroom needs to be more maintained, found some mold in the shower.
Quiet room considering it’s located close to the train station.
Breakfast is included but surprised didn’t offer the eggs Benedict in the package which is usually included in 5 star hotels.
The Salt room, ice room & sauna is a great feature with free access when you’re a guest along with the gym.

Very unique boutique hotel, interesting Hollywood vib with very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the airport which is priceless after having spent a fortune on taxi during my 2 wks European vacation. I also had a 16 euro bar credit which was a nice surprise. Nothing around the hotel as far as entertainment or sightseeing but the tram stop was less than a 5-min walk and cost only 2 euros into the city center, about a 25 min ride. The only thing I wish the room had was a handheld shower.

"Hotel reception corridors lobby all beautiful. Hotel room below average. Noisy. Sparse, wood peeling. Lights are on a special push control panel, which can't be deciphered .. just luck dip if you switch them on or 📴 No fridge, no toileterid and paper cups?? This is a 4 star and it's paper cups, ..."
