"Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The only things I have to mention are the AC and the drain in the tub. The AC had a rattling that happened every time it came in and it looked like there was black stuff in it. Balls of black stuff. Then the grain was loose on the tub and it made it hard for a bath to be drawn. Other than those, experience was wonderful. Nice hot tub, indoor pool, breakfast, it’s a clean environment, and right around the corner from downtown, and a short drive the mines, and State Parks plus the gardens. Beautiful area. Would definitely recommend. Staff was wonderful too! "
"The rooms were not really clean and the walls had plaster coming off. They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you. At check in you could not hear the attendant due to the music being played. And they tried to charge for Valet parking. The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. "
"The room was great! But by the time we got to the breakfast at 8:30 there was no milk or yogurt, the pancake/waffle maker was also out of order. There were no towels at the pool, but the staff was very friendly. The building is under renovation which is fine, but during spring break we expected a full breakfast and full staff. The room was very clean, though."
"The hotel is right on Lake Hamilton with some beautiful views. It is close to some very good restaurants. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a terrace to sit outside as well. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Very nice job of remodeling the place. Very tasteful and clean. "
