"My room was directly across from an elevator that made a high pitched metal scraping noise every time that it opened and closed. Very hard to sleep when people were using elevator. Told desk staff upon departure and they said that they would let someone know. I am sure that I am not the only customer who has reported this so wonder when they intend to address this problem. Carpets could use a good vaccume and cleaning. Shower head would spray in all directions and obviously need replacing. One evening there was a couple down the hall having a VERY loud "conversation" for a couple of hours. Door handle to door that connected to neighbouring room was unlocked which felt a little unsafe. Building decor is a little outdated and building is a total maze to navigate. Desk staff were friendly but required that I return my key cards in the morning to the front desk rather than just leaving them in my room like other hotels, which, when expecting the arrival of an Uber in order to get to the airport first thing in the morning is an inconvenience."

"Really nice room and clean. Staff were great and attentive. My family of four really enjoyed it here. They are going through some construction but that wasn't a bother. Pool was nice for kids ... wish there was a hot tub for adults :)"

"My room was large, bright and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was very good, especially during the week.Great location. Access to transit excellent, also easy to walk to all of downtown. Some construction going on inside so sometimes noisy in main areas. I would have liked to be able to get a light breakfast of coffee and toast rather than only have option of $20++ for a buffet. My biggest concern was lack of warmth in the reception staff. I was there for two weeks and the only time staff spoke to me or even acknowledged me with a smile was when I approached the desk. Staff didn't acknowledge me or other guests either when we/they passed in the hall or when I sat in the lobby to knit each day. Eye contact and smiles would have gone a long way to personalise my stay. "

"L’établissement est neuf, propre et bien entretenu, avec une piscine très amusante pour les enfants, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Le petit déjeuner est varié et les produits sont frais, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Cependant, j’ai été déçue par le manque d’insonorisation des chambres, car le bruit provenant de la chambre voisine m’a empêchée de bien dormir. De plus, l’accueil du personnel n’était pas très chaleureux à l’arrivée et au départ. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel agréable pour les familles, mais il y a des améliorations à faire au niveau du calme et du service."
